Blackberry Sauce
I made a slightly tart, but yummy, blackberry sauce to go over top of cheesecake. I used wild blackberries that were stored in my freezer since last summer.

Photography Notes: I used a large plain plate and hand-held the dessert for a close-up image taken from my back deck in the early sunrise hours of the day to get the right reflection on the sauce.
