Nothing says the holidays like the smell of Sausage Cheese Balls baking. This is always a winner with our family at Christmas. We use 3 cups Bisquick with 1 lb sausage and 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese. I was barely able to keep them on the plate long enough to photograph them! I have mixed them with a dough hook in my stand mixer which works very well. I've tried them in the food processor but I don't recommend that. My husband insists they should be mixed by hand. Whichever mixing method you try I hope you will enjoy these as much as we do.
