Carne Guisada III

I ran into a little problem, while preparing all my ingredients I dropped the sofrito all over the floor. But I used a 1/4 cup of green pepper 1/4 cup of red pepper both chopped and 1 clove of garlic. It was very good I served it with white rice and corn.
