Cream Cheese Mints

I was trying for red and green for Christmas, but ended up with pink and teal instead. Oh well...they're still pretty and taste delicious! I rolled the dough into pencil-thick "ropes" and pinched off individual mints with the back of a knife so they would somewhat resemble butter mints.
