I changed the recipe a bit for the Turkey Potato Casserole -replaced green beans with kernel corn. Mixed shredded colby cheese with mashed potatoes and put durkee onions on top to creative a crispy crust. Also added can of turkey gravy over cream of mushroom and it was delicious. Husband had 3 helpings. His comment was that the dish was sweet & rich.

Photography Notes: Just wanted to shot the santa on the stove showing I used holiday leftovers to create this dish. leftover mashed potatoes, corn & had the onions & durkee onions in the cupboard from other holiday recipes. Enjoy I will be making often.
