I put all the pumpkin batter into the muffin pans. Then I put the cream cheese filling into a pastry bag and squirted into the middle of the batter. It was faster and easier than doing it by the spoonful. I will definitely use my mom's pumpkin bread recipe next time as it is fluffier and has more of a rich pumpkin flavor. The filling and streusel is excellent though.
