I followed the recipe, except I stirred in the rice, water, and soup first. Then I added the chicken of top of the mixture and baked with the foil on top. I had to bake longer then suggested so the rice would not be hard and chewy. It turned out great, even my 5 year old son loved it.

Photography Notes: I just received a new digital camera and it has a feature for taking pictures of food. It is supposed to make saturation high to make food look appetizing. I hope this picture captures this. I saw that this recipe did not have a photo so here was my opportunity to use my food option on my new camera.
