I modified the Potato Leek Soup II by adding 1/4 of a white onion and two cloves of garlic. I minced them and sauted them with the leeks and butter. I added 1 bay leaf, 1 thinly chopped celery stock, and a dash of cuman. I also cut the butter amount in half.
