Chicken Florentine Casserole

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I added onions to the spinach and used cream of chicken soup instead. I sliced the chicken breast in halves and seasoned them. Therefore I had 8 servings. I bypassed the first step of baking the chicken. I just placed the chicken on top of the spinach and followed the remaining steps. I baked the chicken for 20 minutes and then added the bacon bits and mozzarella cheese. This recipe is a keeper and very easy to prepare.
