Sour Cream-Rhubarb Squares

These were good. I used applesauce instead of shortening and whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour. I didn't have enough sour cream so I added some miracle whip to make 1 cup. I also used sucanat(organic brown sugar) instead of brown sugar. Did not use walnuts as I do not like nuts and used 3 cups of frozen rhubarb thawed. This is a very tasty and very moist cake.
