Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf

I followed the recipe exactly, squeezed real lemons for the juice and zested them too. I used lemon flavored yogurt. Everyone loved it at the party I went to.

Photography Notes: I had to turn off the flash so that you could see the real quality of the bread. This was at the time that we had fluorescent lighting in our kitchen.
