Delicious cake! made it for my little girl's first birthday - doctor advise no eggs for her yet. So this recipe is perfect. Use Chocolate Cheese Frosting from this site to frost it. Yummy!but the cake and frosting taste better after 1-2 days (the leftovers were really great!)
