Beer Cake made w/Molson Canadien (shout out to all my canuck friends: ambi, gooseg, smitty, and anyone else I'm forgetting-sorry!), topped w/a beer glaze made w/yummy Sam Adams Octoberfest and sprinkled w/crushed pretzels. Sadly, it's going to a benefit bake sale and not in my belly.
