I could not find amaretto creamer so I used french vanilla creamer and amaretto liquer. Also did not have 3 8" cake pans so used 2 8" and 1 9" and trimmed it. I have not tasted the cake yet but did eat the trimmed pieces and dipped them in the frosting and they were delicious!!
