Adjusted liquids to 3/4 cup milk and 3 eggs. The recipe fit into two 9" round shallow pie crusts, which were bought frozen. Came out nice and golden - no watery center.

Photography Notes: A digital photo (in bad lighting) taken on my kitchen counter. Notice the golden crust, although it did not brown evenly, it has an appetizing look.
