Focaccia - baked on the grill

Bread Machine Focaccia

We set a goal of not turning on our stove or oven for the month of August and cooked everything on the propane grill. With the lid closed, our grill cooks like a convection oven. We reduce the recipe temperature by 50 degrees and bake for the full time specified. What's sad is that our grill is producing a better quality baked good than our oven!
