Sicilian Homemade Ricotta Cheese Soup

Sicilian Homemade Ricotta Cheese

Took the homemade cheese, added it to sauted onion and garlic in a slop of olive oil, threw in a half a can of chicken stock (with yummy sodium) and 1% fat (the best 1% of the stock), simmered with fresh thyme from the garden (had to tell the Mrs what thyme looked like so she could get it with I got a bottle for the babe - sorry just venting), slivered chard and a wallop of black pepper that normal people dig. BTW, the overripe jalapenos were perfect on top as initially a garnish but then realized they obviously added the perfect amount of heat to the soup. Super fresh gardeny, hearty, and generally wicked awesome.
