Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

I baked them on a pizza pan in a 500 degree oven. The pizza pan was preheated in the oven. I then sprayed it with PAM, poured on the pancake batter, let it bake for about 5 minutes. Some pancakes were flipped, but my kids liked it better when i didn't flip them - this way they could see the pretty rainbow speckeled sprinkles on the pancake and not a golden top. For the pancakes that I did flip - they had golden sides on both sides and looked just like regular pancakes. The reason why i did it this way was b/c i don't have a griddle and i did not have the time to babysit my pancakes that would be in 2 seperate pans. This way worked great!!!
