Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins, when made exactly as the recipe specifies, turns out like this picture. Sugar and butter overflowed to the oven floor and out the door onto my kitchen floor. 4 hours later I got it all cleaned up again. PLEASE follow the modified instructions for a successful "easy" apple cinnamon muffin recipe!
