Springtime Quiche

The only thing I suggest to change in this recipe is to partially cook the asparagus before adding to recipe. That way you will have a nice tender veggie, instead of crunchy!

Photography Notes: It was evening, and I had a light directly above the quiche. Even though it was on the kitchen table, the table didn't show up, but only a black background. I thought that really put an emphasis on the dish!
