Beth's Peach-Nectarine Muffins
I sifted all of the dried ingredients into a large mixing bowl before adding the wet ingredients. I used an electric mixer to blend all of the wet ingredients together with the dry, then I mixed in the diced peaches and nectarines last with the electric mixer for just long enough to blend them in. This crushed them just enough to release their sweet fruity flavor into the batter.
