Moose Loaf

Cajun Style Meatloaf

I renamed this recipe Mooseloaf, because I used a double recipe and used ground moose instead of beef. It was an amazing loaf-we served it on Christmas Eve. I also used yellow bell pepper instead of green to add color, and added 1/2 tsp of ground coriander. The garnish on top is sage.
