Ingredients
These are some of the ingredients I used to make my Thanksgiving meal. Instead of making a huge turkey, I stuffed cornish hens with the ingredients seen here.The result was fantastic, as the veggies gave the birds flavour and were soft and yummy to eat as a side dish. The birds cooked faster than the traditional turkey, and everyone was delighted to have their own "little turkey".
