This is my Red Velvet version! I used a red velvet cake mix, white chocolate pudding, white chocolate chips, cream cheese frosting and added chopped pecans. It's important to put a little batter in the pan before you mix the chips in with the remaining batter...that way you can avoid chips sticking and messing up the top of the cake!
