I made a few changes. I used 1/2 cup veg. oil & 1/2 cup applesauce, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar and increased the zucchini to 3 cups. Baked for 60-80 minutes.
Very delicious. This is a new favorite around our house!
