Everyone who has tasted these muffins LOVES them! They are incredibly moist and delicious, and HEALTHY! I sprinkled rolled oats onto the muffins after they were in the muffin pan to add a nice touch. Also, I left out the oat bran and walnuts, simply because I didn't have any in my cupboard. I added flax seed and upped the blueberries to 1 1/2 cups instead of one (and I used fresh blueberries instead of frozen). These are by far my favorite muffins!
