To plan ahead, do a ton of freezer cooking and stock up as much as possible.

Mexican Cornbread II
great recipe! Like others I used Marie Calenders Corn bread mix, drained the peppers and mixed kernel corn, peppers and cheese in the mix. It was perfect!! My guy was very pleased!

No Time to Cook Chicken
great easy recipe. I spiced up my chicken, laid it on a bed of onions and mixed up both cans of soup with spices and placed on top with diced mushrooms and sour cream. very simple great recipe!

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
this was as close as you can get!! so good and easy to do! thank you for sharing. ** I also put parsley, garlic and onion powder in the dough, great idea!!
