I didn't use curry in the sauce and instead added cayenne pepper, ground mustard and some paprika to give it a nice burnt orange color. Also only used 3 tbs of sugar. Served it with some herb-pepper roasted tomatoes and a modified Stuffed Mushrooms III recipe.
