I lined a small square pan with plastic wrap and sprayed it with cooking spray. I used about 1/4 of the grahams and pudding mix to make this eclair. I chilled it then inverted it onto a plate and frosted it with "One Bowl Buttercream Frosting" from this site. I sprinkled the sides with cocoa and a bit of shaved chocolate. (I used the remaining ingredients to make an eclair the traditional way called for in another pan)
