My 15 year old son made this recipe. It's an easy recipe and one of our favorites. We use a rubbermaid #3 "Take Along" container for 1/2 this recipe (in other words, this recipe will make 2 of these dips in the Rubbermaid container). We like the presentation with toasted baguette pieces. We also use roasted red peppers instead of the sundried tomatoes.
