Double Chocolate Pie
I loved this pie. It was closer to a dark chocolate. We tried it in regular pie crust and again in a graham cracker crust. We preferred it with the graham cracker crust with homemade whipped topping.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
I made these exactly as written and thought they were great. Be sure not to overcook as they will be very hard around the edges. I think someone mentioned before that the toothpick test will pickup melted chocolate chips towards the bottom.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
This is a great icing recipe. If you are decorating a cake or cupcakes you might want to add more powdered sugar so the icing will hold up.
