I made this last night as an appetizer for Valentine's dinner, my first atempt making cheese fondue. I'm glad I read the reviews before and just like Linda advised, to avoid clumping problems I tossed the cheese with the flour before adding in the pot. I also added a few drops of lemon in the wine. It came out with a perfect texture and no clumps. I will be making this again for sure.
