These cookies have 3 Tablespoons of Chia seeds and 2 Tablespoons of Flax seeds in them. Spelt, oat flour and carob plus agave, honey and raw sugar. I didn't have to use any oil in them they were VERY easy to slide off the parchment paper. I was surprised. Too bad I didn't write down the recipe, my husband was using the computer and I didn't want to disturb him! :-)
