I am a mom of 2, a 9 year old daughter and 4 year old son. I recently finished my Gourmet Chef & Catering Certificate. I hope maybe one day to go on to a full fledged culinary school. I have done catering for years and hope to get into the personal chef business.
My favorite things to cook
Lasagna, Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Lo Mein, Tandoori Chicken, Jalepeno Poppers, Chicken & Noodles/Dumplings, Green Bean Casserole, Roasted Chicken/Turkey, Cinnamon Rolls, Blueberry Buckle, Iced Coffee Drinks, Spinach, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Potato Pancakes, Pizza, BBQ Sauce, Chili, Ham & Beans, Coconut Shrimp, Onion Rings, & Much More!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandma's homemade noodles.
My cooking triumphs
Last year I did my first Thanksgiving dinner for the whole family, I did everything except for the pie and it was a huge success. They all say Thanksgiving will be here every year now.
My cooking tragedies
I've had a couple grease fires and some burnt food, but overall nothing major.

Quick Chicken Divan
I wanted to try a quick casserole dish and chose this Chicken Divan recipe, I also added cauliflowe, mushrooms, celery & onion to it. It was wonderful!

As a child I never liked Spinach until my grandma made these, she would never divulge the recipe so I am glad I found it on here! These are great!
