I'm *gasp* 36 years old. I'm a nurse, an engineer, and most importantly, a mother of two: a seven year old son and a one year old daughter. Appetizers... I'd post the recipe, but I'm pretty sure that a distant uncle named Vito would pay me a visit if I did. I've learned to modify almost any recipe to accomodate the picky eating habits of second graders as well as reduce calorie and fat content for weight loss. (Mind you, I can only do one or the other...) Angel hair pasta. I can't explain it, but I cannot cook angel hair pasta to save my life...
