Black Bean, Sausage, and Sweet Potato Soup
Very, very good. I used canned beans and almost made it too soupy because I added too much broth. I just pureed another can of beans and added that. It was good the first night, but by the second day it had thickened up and was great. We even used it as burrito filling for the kids and they loved it.
