Buttery Spritz Cookies

Finished cookies had great taste and texture, but the dough seemed way to soft for the press and I had a hard time getting them to release from press.. If I made again would probably try another 1/2 c of flour.

Melt In Your Mouth Pork Chops

This recipe officially wins as producing the moisted chops EVER. I browned the chops then put all ingredients in a crockpot and cooked on low for about 4 hours... meat was soo moist ..could cut with a fork! I also used low sodium soy sauce. I think I could have used about half the soy/teriyaki and would have had plenty to cover the chops and cook..seemed like a lot of sauce was wasted...but overall great flavor and with some tweaking is a keeper!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

Pretty good coffeecake recipe! My husband liked it, although he did mention it was pretty sweet..and would serve better as a dessert than breakfast. But is was VERY moist and would probably make it again. EDIT: Send what was left with hubby to work and everyone RAVVVED about it!! I think it's just my hubby, because everyone else said it was worthy of something bought from a great bakery..they were very impressed!

I thought this was VERY good! Key is to let marinate all day. I liked the unique combo of flavor, but if you aren't a fan of soy this may not be for you. However, my husband and I LOVED it and will make it often. Thank you!

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

YUUUM!! I LOVED this recipe as did my husband and picky 2 yr old. We aren't fans of pepper and big chunks of onion so this was perfect for us. I like lots of flavor and this was tangy/sweet/savory all in one! I did take the suggestion of another reviewer and added the tsp of vinegar and of chili powder. This is definately a keeper!!!

Kay's Shortbread

Just what I was craving! Rich and buttery, not too sweet. For those complaining it isn't sweet enough, true shortbread isn't supposed to be very sweet. I thought this recipe was perfect and the confectioners sugar makes it melt in your mouth!

Sooooo good. I've been looking forever for a recipe like this! If you love almond extract this is for you. The cake is so tender and moist, and the icing is a perfect compliment. A very small slice is enough to satisfy any sweet tooth.
