Cracked Sugar Cookies I

I came across this recipe when I was looking for a way to use up some egg yolks. SO GLAD I did! These are yum yum yum!! And way addicting..which isn't necessarily a good thing!

Oh geez..this recipe is awesome!!!! This is the first loaf i've made in the bread machine that turned out sooooo good!! looks like something from the store, but 100 times better tasting. THANK YOU!!!

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

Doesn't get any easier than this! and boy are they GOOOOOD. Chocolate is by far the best flavor to use as far as taste, although it works well with any flavor cake. I prefer this recipe using butter to the numerous ones I've seen using oil. I did add 1 tsp baking powder and it worked very well.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Ok..I made this Sunday Morning..it was a total flop..only one that would touch it was my 3yr old who will eat ANYTHING with cinnamon. It just tasted...odd. So it sat in the cake pan for 2 days. 3 yr old asked for some today (tuesday)..couldn't give it to her without testing it myself first...and WOW was is WAAAAAYYYY better two days later!!! 5 stars better. But I had to give it a 3 star based on the fact you have to wait 2 days for it to get good.

Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

OH MY! This is soooo good! I actually divided into 12 muffins cups and they came out perfect. I only used a TBSP of canola oil and replaced the rest of the oil w/ Applesauce. 5 stars!!

Oat Bran Muffins

I thought these were great!! I guess you could say they are a little on the dry side..I'd probably take them out a few minutes earlier next time. Fantastic flavor...would be great with some mashed banana or chocolate chips too! A keeper ..thank you!

This was alright in a pinch. A little bland, probably would have been better with butter over oil and I added more pepper. Of course drippings would make it even that much better..but it's a good base recipe.

Chocolate Chip Bread I

DELICIOUS! I recieved a breadmaker for Xmas and after trying many recipes..this turned out by FAR the best as far as perfect texture/crust. I love the combo of cinnamon/chocolate...but I am a huge cinnamon lover. I did end up having to add about 1/4 c extra flour ..I'm learning how to adjust to get the right type of dough ball and that is probably why this was my best loaf yet. My daughter who shuns all things cinnamon wouldn't eat it. But if you like cinnamon ..this recipe is sooo good!! Thanks!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

WOW! These are so good and unique too! My mother in law and grandmother in law said these were some of the best cookies they've ever had...and coming from them..that is a HUGE HUGE compliment as they are amazing bakers. I gave as gifts this Christmas and were a huge hit, even my super picky 3 yr old couldn't get enough!! BRAVO!!

Portuguese Sweet Bread I

I guess I expected this to be a little sweeter? I made as a "dessert bread", but would serve better as bread with dinner..tasty though! just wasn't what I was expecting from a "sweet bread" recipe.

Buttery Spritz Cookies

Finished cookies had great taste and texture, but the dough seemed way to soft for the press and I had a hard time getting them to release from press.. If I made again would probably try another 1/2 c of flour.

Melt In Your Mouth Pork Chops

This recipe officially wins as producing the moisted chops EVER. I browned the chops then put all ingredients in a crockpot and cooked on low for about 4 hours... meat was soo moist ..could cut with a fork! I also used low sodium soy sauce. I think I could have used about half the soy/teriyaki and would have had plenty to cover the chops and cook..seemed like a lot of sauce was wasted...but overall great flavor and with some tweaking is a keeper!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

Pretty good coffeecake recipe! My husband liked it, although he did mention it was pretty sweet..and would serve better as a dessert than breakfast. But is was VERY moist and would probably make it again. EDIT: Send what was left with hubby to work and everyone RAVVVED about it!! I think it's just my hubby, because everyone else said it was worthy of something bought from a great bakery..they were very impressed!
