Baked Chicken Nuggets
The whole family loved this! I replaced the regular butter with garli & herb butter and salt with Goya seasoned salt. Super easy to make and tastes delish.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
My kids (2YO, 7YO & 19YO) and hubby all liked this turkey. I rubbed with thyme and sage under the skin as others suggested and cooked breast side down in just enough chix broth to cover the bottom of the slow cooker. Cooking time was 1 hr on high and 5 hrs on low. My turkey was a little under 5lbs. The meat was so juicy and tender. Will definitely make again. Used the broth to make gravy by just adding cornstarch and pepper. Leftovers went on top of my salad and for sandwiches during the week. Couldn't be easier!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
I eye-balled all the measurements on this and just sprinkled what I thought was a good amount of salt, pepper and oil. It turned out so good and better than I expected. I only added lemon to 1/2 the broccoli because I wasn't sure I would like it. Turns out I like it best without. Too much zing for me. 15 mins was enough for me. May use a little Pam next time to avoid some sticking, but this receipe couldn't be eaiser. Will definitely make again.
