Excellent, simple, and quick!! Just what we like in our active household!! The only thing I did different was to add an entire pound of bacon and since my family is ALL about the cheese I topped this great recipe off with shredded parmesan cheese...DELICIOUS!!

This is by far the best recipe I've used in quite a while. I would recommend that you at least partially cook the bacon. I didn't cook it at all before I put it on the chicken and it was a little under cooked for me. I didn't pre-cook the chicken prior to baking and let me tell you...this is the BEST chicken!! I honestly, cut my chicken breast with a fork!! Very juicy and very moist...EXCELLENT recipe.

Excellent. The only way to make mashed potatoes!!! I followed the advice on leaving the sugar out. Perfect!! Made these for dinner and absolutely NO leftovers. I think we could have made a meal out of these alone!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
