Banana Muffins II
Very simple and tasty. I made it the first time with butter and the bottoms were oily. I made it the second time with applesauce instead and I actually liked it better.

Baked French Fries I
Followed the recipe, but didn't measure the seasonings. Baked at 425 and tossed once. Very good!

Baked Onion Rings
Pretty good healthy alternative! It satisfied my craving without the guilt. I would definitely make again.
