Hot and Sour Cabbage Soup
This is very, very good soup! Perfect for my family, we do like spicy food. I also used ground turkey, fantastic. Other than salt and pepper, really not much adjusting needed here. Thanks for a terrific recipe. This will be a favorite for our dinners, no doubt!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
May be the best salmon I've tasted. I also have what I consider a fanatical fan of salmon that visits the house often, let's just say I didn't want to get near his plate when he was eating. This is really a great salmon recipe...nothing needs to be modified here.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
This is a great mexican dish. Everyone goes for seconds...I always bump up spices a notch or two, and added mushrooms. Make sure you have pelnty of red sauce, nice to have a little to pour over after they cook. Thanks for this one!
