French Vanilla Cream Puffs
Very simple to make and everyone loved them. I will make again. I also used parchment paper and added a tablespoon of vanilla to the dough as on reviewer did. Also added the eggs one at a time to the dough at room temperature so the egg did not cook. I did not have on hand vanilla pudding so I used white chocolate and still was great.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar
Very tasty. I marinated whole tenderloin but to cook faster on the grill I sliced in pieces and it was very good. My hasband asked me to make it again.

Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere
This was a great dish. My husband and I loved it. We are a big fan of Mussels and they were very tasty. I did follow other ratings and added the chili flakes, just a little heat and a different flavor. I cannot wait to make this dish again.
