Hummus IV

So yummy and so easy!

Baked Tilapia in Garlic and Olive Oil

SO GOOD! I added a little salt to the marinade. I wrapped each fillet in foil and badked. I also added sliced tomatoes and fresh thyme right before putting in the oven. Served with basmati rice and sauteed baby bok choy. This one's a keeper!

Light and Spicy Fish

I served this with steamed brown rice and sauteed green beans. It was a healthy meal and a big hit in my house!
