Blueberry Cheesecake Pie
this cheesecake was good, but i thought that the cheesecake part was not rich enough.
I also had to double the recipe for a round pan, and it still could have used more batter.
I would suggest adding some sour cream and more cream cheese to the batter. the topping was
delicious though.
