Barbecue Beef Cups
I made these tonight. Love the idea but followed other reviewers and baked dough 2 minutes first. We aren't big barbecue fans so I used pizza sauce and they turned out great. Also used a full pound of ground meat. Next time I will use a smaller biscuit. I used the Grands although hubby loved them!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
This is the best Zucchini bread ever! Without blueberrys this bread seems bland to me but the blueberrys increase the flavor. With our garden abundant with zucchini, I gave a friend one and 2 boxes of blueberries and this recipe and they too loved it.

Blueberry Bars
These were out of this world. I made my own blueberry filling and followed a couple suggestions from other reviewers. I added a teaspoon of grated lemon zest to the batter. using just enough batter to cover the bottom about 1/3 of the batter was another good tip. I also made a little extra glaze. Yummy!!!
