Carnation(R) New England Clam Chowder
Very thick and creamy, but very sweet, which could have been due to the red bliss potatoes. I substituted fat-free half & half for the milk, and clam juice for the water. I also doubled the potatoes and sauteed them with the onions, celery and carrots in butter. Also added white pepper, garlic salt, a pinch of celery salt and thyme.
