I didn't aspire to be good at cooking it is just something that I come by naturally, a way for me to wow others through my "art". Nothing inspires me more than fresh ingredients and a clean kitchen!! Anything with an asian flare, the food is so rich and diverse, its a new experience every time. Holidays are my favorite tradition, my family has always come together during holidays and bringing a sense of love through the food I prepare is something I have always enjoyed. Love above everything else, is the key ingredient!! I am well known for my baking abilities although they are not my cooking method of choice. I am always searching for the perfect recipes for this or that, sometimes I find one I think might be good and then it turns out to be a mess, thank goodness for takeout!
