Honey Chicken Stir-Fry
The taste was fine on this recipe, but it was very dry. What did I do wrong? I didn't see any liquid to add the cornstarch to. It was dry chicken and vegies with no sauce. Any suggestions? The honey flavor was good...

Quinoa Salad with Dried Fruit and Nuts
I made this today to take to a potluck hosted by a friend who has celiac disease. I received lots of compliments and I really enjoyed it myself! The sesame oil makes all the difference. It would also be great to alter with different nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc. Enjoy!

Vegetable Spoon Bread
OK, if you don't like spinach, you have GOT to try this! My picky son ate it up tonight and said it tasted like "dessert"! It is so moist, even though I used just about a teaspoon of margarine, instead of the amount called for. I also used three egg whites instead of whole eggs, and light sour cream. WONDERFUL!
