Elegant Wild Rice Soup
My whole family liked this. I didn't add the ham to make it vegetarian and it was delicious. i also used a whole can of fat-free evaporated milk instead of the cream

Black Beans a la Olla
I made this as written but left out the cayenne and passed hot sauce on the table. I also let it simmer for a while. This is the best black beans and rice I've made and it will be the one I use from now on.
